Is it just my car that has these 6 holes cut into the front corners of the boot floor (3 each side) or do they all have them?

Presume it is to ventilate the boot as there is a petrol tank in there but explains why the carpets get wet sometime if you drive in the rain!

They didn't even run the fuel pipes out through them, they come out of what seems to be a flexible rubber panel, like they tried to seal it when there were these huge holes right next to it rofl

All the car have them, but, if you look through the threads here, there will be a retro fit Gurney type flap fitted just before them to aid air flow the through flow through the car (your car would need the rear vents above the parcel shelf for that to work is my thoughts) A@

I think the idea was to get a positive air pressure in the boot to prevent exhaust fumes getting drawn in and then through to the interior.
