Interior light LED upgrade

I find the original interior light feeble and want to replace it with similar unit but LED based.

Have searched and found old ph topics on it but so old the links to the light units no longer link.

Anyone got any leads on where to get an LED light fitting ?

You just need an LED bulb - it makes a massive difference.

Good idea but I'd prefer to replace it with a new unit mines a iffy on the switch itself.

The switch is very basic and likely only needs a good clean.

A normal negative earth LED will not work as it needs to be positive earth or polarity insensitive see here:
