How to dis-assemble front wheel hub?

What's involved in disassembling the front wheel bearing hubs to clean & re-lube or replace the front wheel bearings and seal?

Get yourself a Haynes Ford Sierra Manual, few quid on Ebay, and all will become clear.
Personally I would mess around unless bearings definitely need changing.
