Hey Folks,

I have a 93 chimaera where is the window on the left-hand side is not running in the channel.

I already replaced the channel runners, but can’t make a good adjustment at the moment so that’s the window fits into the runner at all time

I attached an image maybe somebody has a good answer

Greetings from Germany

You can make small adjustments to the way the window is sitting.
If you have replaced the runner felt, then you must have taken the door cards off?
Inside the door, the two areas to look at are: the shape and angle of the runners themselves; the exact position of the bracket that holds the glass to the up/down mechanism.

You can make small adjustments to the position of the runner inside the door, by loosening the bolts through the bottom of the door.
You might find the runners themselves can be bent slightly to help - but beware of bending outwards as it will prevent the runner from sealing against the seal up the side of the windscreen (then it will wobble a lot more).
You can loosen the two bolts that hold the glass bracket to the up/down mechanism and tilt it slightly.

The other adjuster screw, that sits just below the top o the door around halfway along, can be turned with a screwdriver, but that's more for vertical adjustment.

It's probably a matter of getting it as good as you can with small adjustments.

Your new felt is sitting a little low, it might be worth trying to get that up as high as it will - I used a bit of PU glue at this top point on mine to hold it in place.
