Vauxhall Red Top Injectors

So I've changed to these as part of a Megasquirt install and I'm running the standard pressure regulator.
Is there any need to up the pressure or change the regulator?
I've not had the car mapped yet but just want it to be right on the day.
Seems to be different information saying these are 3 bar and the Lucas 2.5 bar.

You don't need to run a 3 BAR fpr but it will give you a buffer for further mods later on

Are the speed six fuel regulators 3 bar and can they be used as a direct replacement for the standard one fitted on our fuel bar. Keeps it Tvr sort of thing?

The Bosch and Pierburg units from 80's on BMW cars fit straight on , FPR seldom give any trouble if fuel and filters are maintained IME so used are an option, I bagged a NOS 3 bar unit if you know where to look

TVR Parts do an adjustable replacement which is the easy option. I have it set to 3 bar and the red tops are at 85% duty at max load. At 2.5 bar they would be maxed out I suspect.
