Key locked in ignition!

AAAARGGGHH!!!
Fiddling around with the clutch slave cylinder, a top up and a fair few pumps of the pedal got my gears moving again. Had the key in the ignition to open the boot and the driver door shut half way and I can't get it to open again.
Had to push it shut with the key switched in the ignition.
Is this a immobiliser issue or down to the battery which was flat a few week back but after some runs has started the car first time each weekend since. So a bit shocked if there wasn't enough juice to open the door. Spare key doesn't work either
AA are coming at 3.30 today. So if somebody could please PM me the you know what, it would help. Thanks.
