If anyone on here is selling their Chimaera (as indeed I am, plus a friend who has his advertised too) and you recieve an email from the gmail address js3003888 it is a scam. The potential buyer states that he/she is working offshore in Ireland and would like the car shipped and wants to pay by PayPal. There are alarm bells all over the place so it shouldn't be too diificult to spot. You have been warned.
PS. Buying a used car through PayPal is definitely not advised. The funds appear in your account and you part with your car. The scammer then tells PayPal he hasn't recieved the goods, you can't provide a tracking number (you didn't post it) and PayPal refund the buyer from your account as you have no proof. It seems likely that js3003888 intends to go this route with anyone willing to participate in his nasty little trick.
