Can someone help me with tyre pressures.
A previous owner of my 95 4.0 non power steering chim, put on 18s and 17s, they look great, drive like ****, but my issue is the tyre pressures, can anyone tell me what pressures I should use please?
The front tyres are 205 40 ZR17, 84W
The back tyres are 225 40 ZR18, 92Y

Any help would be very much appreciated.

You're better off asking others T.V.R forums.

22F
24R

This is the starting point with most tyres on these cars regardless or wheel size and is the recommended pressures generally speaking. Go from there.
A lot of factors are involved, a simple rule of thumb is if your tyres get warm-hot After a decent run they are working, if they stay Luke warm or even cool they ain’t the right tyres.
Soft compound are best by a long way on these cars.

It depends on the make / model of tyre (due to sidewall stiffness) but I normally start at about 26psi all round and then adjust, sometimes dropping down to 22F/24R.

Classic Chim has it right. It's a light weight car, it uses low pressures.

I used 22F/24R on my standard 15/16" tyres, and still do on my current 17" all round Rainsport road tyres. Same on my 17/18 track set up, and even on my 17inch racing slicks. Let Kwik Fit put new tyres on for you and it will come back with between 30 and 36 psi all round. Drives like Bambi on ice.

I was sat alongside the front wheel of a Dennis fire engine yesterday, in my Saab. At my eye level it said "125 psi". My point exactly.

Start off with the factory settings - 24psi - and work from there. Some like softer and some like harder. Also depends on hardness of tyre sidewalls.

It is purely opinion / self preference so what works great for me may feel like a death trap to you.
