When replacing the manifold bolts with the standard steel bolts is it ok to use a bit of copper grease when refitting? Just for ease of removal in the future.

Yes always done this so carry on, use nordlock washers as well

Standard Nordlock washers are only rater to 200c they do a Stainless version that is more suitable.

Thanks everyone. I’ll pick up a pot of ceramic grease and give it a go. I’ve never used that before but it looks like good stuff.
