Do all old rangerover ecu,s work in a tvr with just the chip changed?

As long as they are not really old- ie pre about 1990, but you need to check the PCB layout inside if there is doubt as I dont know exactly when the PCB changed. Not all of them have pluggable sockets, so need the old chip cutting out and a socket soldered in- I think this is up to around 1994, but again I cant be precise. After that there is a socket as standard so happy days.

If you want like for like then just go by the part number on the casing .. i have a large stock of good used 14cux if you get stuck.
