TVR Chimeara 400

Hi.

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on what exhaust system sounds the best for my TVR Chim? It’s currently got the standard exhaust but after watching a few YouTube videos I’m really keen to make it sound louder where it pops and bangs!!! I’ve read about sleeved exhaust’s and D catted exhausts and also cherry bomb systems ....so would be really grateful if someone can tell me what system achieves the best sound at the best price!!! Also any Recommendations where I can get a full carpet refit and the leather work done, again a nice job wanted at the best price.

I don't like the harshness of straight through and de-catted systems.
My favourite is the cherry bomb. louder than standard but mellow.

Are they expensive?

Do you want it louder all the time or just more pops and bangs. Exhaust will be louder all the time but more pops reqires the overrun fuelling tweaking in the ecu chip

Don't spend too long looking at the ACT web site....it could get very expensive. Nice kit.

Mine is quieter (turbo gets in the way of noise), but it pops and bangs nicely thanks to him^^^^^^^^^^

Pre cats out, main cat in. Cherry bombs. By far the best.
ACT exhaust is great, I have one, but you can diy cherry bombs. Also mappable system is great as you can turn off the pops and bangs. All depends on how much you want to spend.
