Autowatch immobiliser woes
Discussion
Hi all,
Recently I've occasionally been a victim to the hot start issue. Long term, I'm planning a full body off resto, at which point I'll sort out as many gremlins as possible, fitting new battery cables, ECU and so on.
But that's a few years away once I have the space to do it, so for now I was looking to bypass the starter side of the immobiliser.
I had the instructions from CoG to do this - first step is to lift the dash and locate the black multi plug connector, which has a series of wires on it to test...

Ah. Someone has been here before me! Looks like an Autowatch remote immobiliser has been fitted at some point (and not particularly neatly if I'm being honest. I guess it matches the rest of the wiring in the TVR but anyway...).

I was trying to find the two black wires that show 12v on cranking...don't suppose anyone has any ideas of where I should focus my efforts?
