Brake master Reservoir

I am about to replace the master cylinder and servo ,both of which I have, but have noticed the reservoir looks a little less than perfect.

Anyone know where I can get just the reservoir, or a part number

A quick google suggests the Ford part number might be 74471060.
Have you asked a Ford dealer or a good auto-spares place?

I tried for ages to find a new one with no luck and ended up buying a 2nd hand master cylinder with a reservoir off of eBay. We need the non abs one but if you can only find abs

Not sure how bad, or good, mine is as its still in-situ.

Bought new master cylinder and servo recently as I have a little brake fluid in the footwell. Today I noticed the top inside edge looked scuffed and on closer inspection it has a 1 inch crack on that edge.

Will get a used one from a breaker, hopefully.

Thanks for all the useful posts, without which I could have spent weeks chasing ghosts.

Just put 74471060 in the search bar on Ebay. Three will come up, plus a number in Lithuania.

The one listed above is MK4 Fiesta and is incorrect for our cars , I had two correct fitment in cracking condition and recently sold them to TVR owners but I have no more sadly only because I wanted brand new old stock which I managed thankfully and forgot I had purchase 2 spares years ago and was having a clear out correct res below , my original was also degrading/cracking

MK3 fiesta non abs, autospecialists also used to make stainless steel covers for them but only seem to sell cap covers now.

I sppoe to Racing Green and the reservoir is no longer available as an individual item.

Sort of good news is they do stock and sell the complete master cylindet and reservoir, albeit at £174 incl vat J0089

All things being equal 175 for a proper TRW master cyl and res isn't bad , owners spend more on straight pipeng and stty sleeving
