Hello guys.

Some advice please. I think this is a me problem and not the car as I’m not really used to driving it yet. Engine cuts out if for example reversing into my garage and I don’t give it a bit of throttle same on a slow manoeuvre. Starts straight away no problem. I think it’s me as I’m used to driving a V12 automatic. Your thoughts very much appreciated.

What do you mean by a bit of throttle? Are you trying to manoeuvre at slow speed just on the clutch at idle?

Yep good way of putting it. Probably not used to the car that’s all.

I can manoeuvre mine around like that on the flat with a lot of care but any sort of gradient / ramp needs some throttle.

Same, the revs drops significantly if I don't push the loud pedal enough when manoeuvring.
Doesn't need a lot, but does need some.

Cheers guys. I thought that might be the case. Just used to an auto v12 jag and my everyday car Clio diesel which will pull on tickover no problem.
