It may be this:

However, the locating tab in the centre at the bottom in your pic is not on the Audi one so may have been ordered by TVR separately. MO264 is the TVR part number.

This type of fuse box has layers of tracking inside the box which provide interconnection between the relays and fuses on the front and the connectors on the back so whilst those two boxes may look similar from outside they may be completely different inside.
It can take many hours with a circuit tester to work out where everything connects...ask me how I know.
