I used an m10 bolt and a suitable socket that matches the outer diameter of the bush, on the end that it reaches when nearly fully home you will need a very thick washer that's drilled out big enough for the inner sleeve to pass through, I greased the bush, the suspension arm and the bolt thread, I also found that using 2 or 3 washers at each end allowed things to rotate easily without rotating the socket, I also greased the touching faces of these washers.
You might need 2 different length bolts as most bushes are about 45mm in length which will exceed the thread length on most bolts.
Alternatively, if you have access to a hydraulic press then this is very easy as long as you make up those washers or similar, just a small press would be sufficient, maybe even a vice, just a little tricky lining it all up to get it started.
If you are going to make up any washers / spacers then remember that there are 2 different sizes of bush with differing diameters.
