Rear toolbar mounting plates

Hi all continuing on rebuild can anybody tell me if there rear roll bar mounting brackets have washer spacers under them to chassis ? I believe mine previously had it but was some time ago since I stripped it . I am talking about plate with two studs in that u bracket fit on to if that makes sense

This may be different between cars, some with, some without. Mine has spaces between the plate and chassis for one of the fixing bolts

No spacers or washers on mine

Nah mine didn't have any between the chassis and the plate, although the threaded hole was slightly raised from the chassis giving a slight gap between the chassis and plate if that makes sense.

Thanks for the replies it seems as if Tvr followed normal approach of making every car different to keep us on our toes . I will have to try to check positioning etc and space if I deem necessary I think .
Just want to get car back on road as been off road far to long and missing that silly grin I get when driving it

The picture with the nut and washers is the way it should be to get them aligned correctly.
