We all know about the one behind the plenum, how many have changes the one between the tank and the pump.
Mine let go tonight and dumped a full tank of petrol outside my house. I sh@t myself in case it ignighted as the car was hot.
All other hoses have been changed but this one was still original.(the one on the right between the bend and the tank.
Picture is taken after the repairs. It split in the boot, looks like it had been going for a while.
Next picture is of the pipe you should be able to make out the cracks. It was the original pipe. I should have changed it when I had the body off a few years ago. It will never get done as the tank needs to be emptied. Just as dangerous if not more than the plenum pipe.

That could have been nasty.

Is it the same size as the hoses in the engine bay? (8mm or 5/16 ID)

Those hose that spilt was rated hydrolic not sure if it's good enough for petrol. If anyone need some pipe pm me with address and I'll post it. I had to buy a meter, mind it was only £6.
So close to he hot exhaust I though I'd lost the car. I was waiting for the fire to start.
