Has anyone tried this stepper

I think my stepper is sticking a bit - I cleaned and lubricated it a few months ago which helped, but it's still not perfect.

Since the cost of a new genuine stepper is fairly high, I took to eBay to find this:

Has anyone tried it?
I'm aware that there can be issues with these copies - I believe the main issues are a longer stem length and air leaks.
But I'm happy to cut the stem shorter and seal up any air leaks if that's what needs doing!

Some of the pattern ones are OK . Its really suck it and see- worse case is you have to send it back

I bought one of those as a stop-gap having stupidly overtightened my original one and snapped the thread. Its now been in there over 12 months and no problems at all - nice smooth tickover too. Guess I was lucky and got one of the good ones
