This is supposed to be very good and a little easier to apply than renovo that most use.
Reviews are a bit hit and miss on the website though.
The new gtechniq products are worth researching too, supposed to be very good.

If the colour is OK and doesn't need renovating, I'd recommend putting Fabsil on for waterproofing. Give it a good scrub first and allow to dry though, you'll be surprised how much dirt is stuck in there!
I used the brush-on type available in tins from screwfix, camping shops etc and it worked well for me.

Brush on liquid sealer is definitely the way to go. Fabsil is great and it's really easy to apply. When cleaning, don't be afraid of scrubbing, I use washing up liquid and a nail brush to clean the fabric prior to resealing. If you do this though you must deluge with water and continue scrubbing to get all the soap out. Once dry the Fabsil will cover it nicely. Brush it on keeping a wet line, do two to three coats changing the direction of brushing between coats. The problem with the spray on sealer products is that the spread over the surface but don't soak into the fibres, great for vinyl, hopeless for mohair
