8 bolt Y Piece with Cat required

The main CAT in the 8 bolt "Y" piece in my 1993 Chim is falling apart so I need to find a functioning replacement Y piece or affect a repair of an existing defective unit.
Has anyone have an 8 bolt Y piece available preferably with a working CAT or even with a knackered CAT that I can use for a rebuild.
I am sure there must be a company around that is able to insert a new CAT element into an existing Y piece (or is there?)
