Vacuum Advance unit

Could anyone tell me if this is the correct vac advance unit for a serp engined 1995 car?
It does look the same but just wanted to check if anyone has bought one recently.
Sucking on my advance pipe there is no resistance and no affect on engine speed so im guessing the diaphragm has split.
Pipe is new and not blocked.
