Rear Toe Adjuster Powerflex Bush fitting
Discussion
I am coming to the end of a rear suspension rebuild and have fitted new bushes from Powerflex everywhere. However I have one nagging doubt about the way I have installed the Special bush used for the rear toe adjuster. this uses a special bush with a metal collar on the side that meets with the outrigger. When I have installed the bush i have only been able to fit one clear thicker washer on the RHS (just visible in the photo behind a pipe). The left hand side which is on the outrigger side has no room to fit any form of washer other than a thin black one on the inside of the collar again visible in the picture. I have installed without the clear washer on that side as there is nothing for it to sit on and it is already a tight fit. This special bush PF79 - 102S is also used on the front suspension and i am thinking that perhaps that is why they include 4 thicker washers in the pack. ? .
Anybody had any experience fitting these bushes to confirm, if I have does it correctly or am I about to take it all apart again to try and force a washer in place. I am concerned that i have the stainless steel sleeve of the bush fitted against the weld bump of the outrigger . Thanks.

Seems correct - that's how I installed mine - stainless insert against the weld bump. (Note - unrelated to the adjuster bush, but since this photo was taken I added a washer either side of the diff mount bush and the chassis tubes to stop the diff mount bush sliding over the chassis mount tubes which apparently happens over time)
