Radiator recore - 3 cores or 4?

Out of hibernation yesterday and have lost a little coolant and have small puddle under the radiator. The radiator looks a bit damp and foosty along the bottom at the front so I’m planning to pull it out and get it recored. My local radiator place has asked if I want to keep the standard 3 cores or add another - apparently he’s done 4 cores on most tvr recores he’s done.
I’m guessing no downside as the thermostat should keep the engine up to temp.
Any reason to stick with 3 (apart from cost - only £25 more).

Go 4 core its a standard mod no downsides inc no over cooling thats as you say the stats job
