Door mirror switch '98 on

Where can this be obtained, anyone know?

Does it come from another car? The earlier cars I've read as having switch from a Vauxhall, Rover and others. Cannot find anything about the later silver switches.

Don't know but look at the cavalier because most of the electric stuff like flashers column stalks come from a Vauxhall cavalier
