Chimaera Mk 1 (early) non- power steering column source?

Does anyone know the model of the donor car that was used for the early Chimaera Steering column?

I know there is a GM link Cavalier?

I am looking for a replacement, just the column shaft/ attached bracketry ( not the nacel or switches) - can anyone help please or suggest a source?
