Hood cleaning

Guys

I am looking to clean my roof, there are a number of products on the market that clean and proof the hood, one such product is Renovo

has anyone tried this and is it any good?

The Renovo stuff is supposed to be very good. Halfords do a roof cleaning kit which I have used and the results were very good.

Clean the hood with Autoglym Hood Restorer, allow it to dry (in this weather??) then proof it with Thompson's Weatherseal.

Works for me.

I have used the renovo cleaner and the product to re-colour and reproof. I was very pleased with the results.

I agree Manek on the Thompson's Waterseal. Far superior in this application. Fabsil works, but it's not as good.
