I'm sadly unlikely to ever have to test this, but what happens if an RXC ends up on its roof? Is there any way to open the doors in an emergency?

Kick out the windshield or side windows.

It's like a self-righting toy. The doors have got really strong gas-struts, so you just open one of them and it catapults the RXC back on to all-4s.
