When draining down the gear drive unit to change ratios, what is the recommended oil to refill with, and which type of sealer should be used when reassembling?

Hylomar Blue for sealing
Oil is Fuchs Titan Race SYN 5 75W-90 Fully Synthetic Gear Oil
