Having suffered yet another puncture in my XKR at the weekend which necessitated a 90 mile trip home on the back of a low loader, I was wondering if there is any form of aftermarket "get you home" wheel that I could put in the boot (my car came with the compressor and tyre sealant in lieu of any sort of wheel, but I wouldn't trust that for any real distance) - I have the well in the boot that would take the wheel.

So does anyone know of such a thing or am I wasting my time - wheels are 20"

Thanks

I don't know about the X150

But in my X100 I ditched the Space Saver and put in a full size wheel

No way an I going to drive a 500+ bhp car on a Space Saver

That's a fair point about not driving on a space saver (not that a 20" space saver even seems to exist), but how do you handle the variance in tyre widths front to back? 255 on the front 285 on the back on mine so one wheel wouldn't fit both. Just have the narrower width as a spare perhaps?

Yes use a front as a spare

Te overall diamiter front to back is near enough

Maybe not ideal if on the other side or on the rear but 100 times better than a SpaceSaver
