I have been offered a brand new set of 20" kalimnos alloys.
Would these be suitable for my 2007 xkr?
Ie is the wheel spec the same for 2011 and 2007 models?

The rear wheel offset is 20mm bigger from 2010 so you'll need 20mm spacers. Fronts will fit fine.

Thanks for that.
Is it just a case of fitting the spacers? Will this make the wheels stick out further than standard, and if so, would the arches need mod ding?
Where could I buy a pair of these spacers?
Still trying to make up my mind cos I can't decide whether black wheels will look good on a lunar grey car or not!

With a 20mm spacer they would sit at standard wheel arch clearence. To be honest it's a lot of hassle as you'll need to replace or shorten the wheelbolts in the rear hub as well. The Kalimnos wheels aren't any different in size or performance to Selenas that do fit except that you can get them in black, might as well get some Selenas refubed.

You can get Kalimnos that fit the XK without spacers, are they sure they are "brand new" and just not new "old stock" you have the same prob with Vortex, the ones fitted to newer cars do have a different offset and like has been said you will require spacers.....

I will not deny I have not looked behind a Kalimno, but I have on Selena, Senta and Volan and would of thought there was a pocket there to allow clearance for the stud and nut holding the spacer on so you wouldn't have to cut the studs down, if it was not big enough I would machine it out, like I did on these Selenas
