Good price for XK?

Used to have a decent xkr but impecunious now.
My Jag mechanic who looked after the xkr very well before has an XK for sale. I was looking for a runaround as a second car but he has this in for £3750. What do you think good deal or not?

Black on Black special edition XK, ’98. Perfect inside.
New roof lining
4 new tyres.
Paint and wheels good.
1 owner, maintained by said mechanic for 8 years
Only used for weekly 200 mile round trip to London
New service
Timing chain replaced
Footwell weak points done
Gearbox oil changed
180k miles
bushes replaced
New MOT
Nikasil yes but apparently if it goes past 100k with no problems it should be ok.

The car sounds not a bad buy as most of the trouble issues have been done, however going from an XKR previously to an XK8..... Hmmmm the performance drop is very noticable, not sure I would like that unless I was going to do something dramatic to the XK8.

Pretty much at the value of the parts. Baring really bad luck you should easily be able to run it for a few years for the cost of the services.
