I was looking at a few XJSs and one turned out to be the first ever LHD car, sold in America.
Is this fact worth anything or should I Buy a better car if I can for the money or is this possibly someone elses Holy Grail and I can retire.

A lot will depend on how original it is, if it's still 'matching numbers' and hasn't been messed with too much it could be worth something to the right person I suppose.

I don't know about over there, but here early XJ-S's in good condition are extremely rare so it would be worth something for that anyway.

That looks a very nice car and well worth the money.

Agreed, it is truly beautiful. Now if it had a manual gearbox. . .
