Buying an XF Premium Luxury S 3.0D what colour? Options?
Discussion
I cannot decide what colour and leather option to go for on a used XF. I basically like the following options
Stratus Grey with Black
Liquid silver with Ivory
Black with either
All the cars have 20" Volans
All the cars are simular in price spec etc, so basically it's just choosing a colour! Decisions!
What do people think, and how does the Ivory leather hold up with use.
Many thanks

The Ivory leather is fine, obviously needs a bit more care than darker colours. I found that denim jeans are the main issue, they always leave a mark, but it cleans off.
As for the colours, it's very personal but why not choose something a bit different ?
You'll see 100's of them in your stated colours. I drove a demo recently - Italian Racing red with ivory interior - stunning.

I was thinking along the same lines as you, until I saw a polaris white one with smoked Volans and aero kit, black sports interior with alcantara headlining. Really like it, a bit Essex maybe. I think red leather would be better in any colour exterior. It's got a sunroof which lowers the headroom a bit and doesn't get used much.
Ihave Black with body kit and smoked volans but most importantly Red Zone Leather which is a real pleasure to sit in and be in-as you do not see outsidec when driving to me interior far nmore important when choosing and black exterior ok but skirts and volans again make car more individual
It's either black or white for me, mind you I did see an R in a really dark grey that looked stunning, haven't seen the colour since. Red leather though, yummy.
Easiest way to tell if the car has the aero kit, apart from the side skirts, is a chrome strip that splits the air intake horizontally on the front bumper under the grill.
