Jaguar Techs in N London/Herts

I do all the work on my 1999 XJR, but it doesnt fit in my garage & I dont have the special spring compressor to do the suspension it needs, so I`m gonna have to have some work done by a mechanic (frustrating, but there you go!).

The quotes I`ve had from local specialists have been outrageous, so my question is are there any Jag techs that do work in their spare time in the North London/Herts/Beds/West Essex area at a reasonable cost?

It needs front lower wishbone bushes & balljoints & rear shock bushes done.

There is a place in Epping, actually the place is ivy chimneys,a bit expnsive though,I cant remember the name sorry.
I took my car to jagutek in Ely cambridge and was very happy.
I take my other cars to castle ( tvr) sports in stansted and they are happy to work on jaguars, and I am very happy with them as well.

Epping garage is almost certainly Wyn Thomas, his mechanic is called Mike IIRC. His website has dissapeared recently so I'm not sure if he's still in buisness. There is another specalist in Woodfood Green run by an ex Jaguar main dealer mechanic called Les Paul. Both have cars for sale as well as workshops.
I can recommend a guy in Sudbury called Paul Roach. Paul specalises in restoring and modifying older Jaguars but has expertese with modern ones too.
