Jaguar buyers in Northern Italy...

Further to some great advice from Jaguar Steve ( here) I am now the owner of an XJ6 for a little while. It's amazing what not much money will buy!

I know this might be considered sacrilege or disrespectful, but the car has now been tastefully adorned. Pictures can be found here:

Next bit of help I could do with is, does anyone know if there's an active club or some such that might have channels for selling such a car in Northern Italy? The trip it is intended for is one way, but I'd rather someone else got the use of it rather than it be left in the hands of a breaker/scrap merchant!

Obviously the market for a RHD car looking as it does (all decor is removable) will be limited. But any ideas/contacts would be greatly appreciated. Or if anyone here wanted it I'm sure arrangements could be made

I'm in Switzerland, I think you'll struggle in N. Italy to a) sell an XJ b)in RHD form c) Union Jacked up.
Send it down south for export to Africa: it will live on as the coolest taxi on the continent.

Agree with you on the challenge of the sell... Thought it worth an ask though, just in case anyone knew of a pot less Milanese Anglophile with a penchant for big cars

You could try the ports: My BiL works off and on at Genua: lots of crew have cars parked up for running errands. Or production companies: it would be great on a film set.
Would love to do a banger rally in an XJ. Must have been great.

Not done it yet - trip is w/e of 26th October. But should be great and travelling in style (Another team has ripped us off on te car choice mind).
