Heat shield 2008 XKR

Hi All,
Tracked a rattling at the rear on my 2008 XKR 4.2 to the heat shield that sits above the back box of the exhaust below the boot.
The fixings in the shield have worn through, so a replacement is needed. Looks like a fairly easy fix, but I cannot find one for sale online.
Firstly, does anyone know the parts correct name? Secondly are they dealer only or are there online retailers I can get one from?
