Hi there, wondered if any in the know, could give me a trade price for an XKR Convertible, 07 plate, 89k miles. Black on black if that matters, FJSH.

Yes £130 does not seem much, but its actually about 18.5% on £700 - if you apply the same to a £10K car thats £1850 that they would be undervaluing it by!

I would concur WBAC have always been way under valuations on cars I've sold...

Look at the prices of similar cars for sale online and depending on condition knock about £5k off to give you a trade-in price. My guess would be south of £25k.

Parkers says about £20k based on 60k miles. Not sure how much difference your extra miles would make though and the optional extras on the car will probably influence it as well.

Wrigley Field is a ballpark. 20% is a chasm.

Thanks chaps - wasn't trying to start an argument. Given what I've seen for sale (c.£22k) I reckon £18k..But I will try the We Steal Any Car site at some point. I'm more in the buying than selling space, but knowing the trade price is useful.

Dependent on toy level, but with above average mileage sell private 18-19, trade 15-18, will retail approx 21.
