getting my x type to tenerife

i'm looking for information on taking my jaguar x-type to tenerife. i would like to know any import costs and any taxes? if anybody could help i would be really greatful.

Why not just drive it there? Pardon my ignorance, but when do the spic authorities start to take an interest?

My first thoughts were drive down to Tan Tan & take a boat, it would be a bit of an Adventure mind you but a great trip
