X type confusion

My x type developed the p2339 cyl 4 above Knock threshold bought a nice shiny recon injector ready to replace no 4 injector in cylinder 4 looking from left of engine 1-2-3-4 was told to replace no2 cylinder injector diesel firing order 1-3-4-2 so 2 cylinder would be 4 cylinder???? in simple term looking from left to right 1-2-3-4 which injector
do i need to replace also just bought the f-super 2 to recode the injector codes will not communicate with my x type will i need some thing different.
