X150 pre-facelift vs post facelift (2008 vs 2009)

Morning all,

I’m investigating the changes that were made to the XK when it was facelifted in 2009. So far I have the following.

1. Change from 4.2 to 5.0 engine
2. Cylindrical gear selector introduced
3. LED rear lights
4. Front bumper changed

What else was changed? Were the exhaust and suspension carried over from the earlier model?

I think a more recent facelift (2010/11?) has new headlamps?

Is there a changelog anywhere for these cars?

Adaptive dynamics was added (chequered flag button) which focuses the car for sporty driving. Lux interior standard on 'R. Updated centre console LCD to include satnav guidance. With the increase in power & addition of dynamics I'm sure the suspension etc has been tweaked
