XF dipping mirrors

Hi, can anybody help, please?

my XF is set to dip door mirrors on reversing but it only works on the nearside mirror.
I tried resetting the mirrors and resetting the central command buttons but still the problem prevails.

I just checked the ownwers manual. It states 'The mirrors can be configured so that when reverse gear is selected, the passenger door
mirror automatically adjusts to provide an improved viewing angle for reversing.'

Yep. Nearside only.

Some people have a workaround though. Use the memory buttons in the door. Use 1 for normal driving , and use 2 with the mirrors down.

Yes, sorry about that I stand corrected.
A couple of my previous cars tipped both mirrors and I just assumed the Jag would be the same.
Will take the advice and use the memory buttons instead.
