Complete suspension refurb

A few years back I had the suspension rebuilt for the GT2, included removing everything renewing all the bushes/castings where bushes weren't replaceable, and sending the shocks off to Bilstein for a rebuild. The transformation was incredible even though nothing much too terrible appeared wrong to begin with.
I'm thinking about the same thing in the XJR 2007 Portfolio.
Where might I go in the south east for this work and how much will it cost? Are these air struts rebuildable? I'm assuming they're oil damped?
