So after a few delays and a cock up with the finance I finally picked up my V6S F-Type Coupe today, and boy was it worth the wait, I absolutely love it.I had drove the excellent convertible a few times but the coupe is another level all together, Jaguar have produced a great bit of kit, I'm one very happy bunny.

Phwooarr! Fan-bloody-tactic.

Best colour IMHO for the F (& white).

My dealer says they simply cannot supply enough to meet demand. #luckyboy

Salsa red is the best colour on the F type, everybody will have the white and personally I don't get the fascination. Wasn't sure how the black rims would work on the red body but cant deny you've chosen well

Of the 5 or 6 posted on forums so far only one has been white. Although I've ordered white and will hopefully be here soon so can make that up to 2. I've been quite surprised with the range of colours ordered by people so far. Timbo you will definitely stand out in Firesand! Looking forward to seeing it

Thanks chaps, I haven't got loads of photos (yet smile ) I did take this yesterday after I gave it a good clean.I'm also pleasantly surprised at the range of colours that have been ordered, I looks great in white and I thought that every other car would be Polaris, but there does seem to be a good spread.I wasn't brave enough to go for Firesand , but it will look amazing I'm sure.I'm really pleased I went for the black pack, the dealer has a standard red demo and there is too much chrome on a sports car for my liking, I guess its a personal thing but it's the one option I wouldn't be without.

We have a Salsa R and an Italian Racing Red R in stock. Italian Racing is infinitely better IMHO.

That is one nice looking piece of kit! Nice one cool I think that looks sooooo much better than the convertible, I am biased as I have a coupe XK8 but no contest, that is the one to have.

I had a 2013 XKR Coupe and my feelings were the same. I had planned to trade my F-Type V8-S for an R coupe next spring but.... having lived with the convertible for 3 months I'm not sure that I will. If you compare the coupe to the 'vert with the roof up the coupe is prettier hands down. With the roof down on the 'vert it's even IMO. However the noise with the roof down on the 'vert is in a completely different league to what you will hear in the coupe. And it's frickin sublime.
