Hi all,Considering a 2016/2017 XF 3L Supercharged for my next car. I have a craving for something big and thirsty before they are well and truly mega expensive to run, but has to be an all rounder. Also considered leggy BMW 340i's and Merc C43's too.I currently have a 2018 Skoda Superb 280, drives very well and has been reliable and a great all rounder. Alot of it is commuting and the occasional B road fun with a few longer motorway journeys. Most of my previous have been VAG (Octavia VRS, mk6 Golf GTi, etc) and I haven't had any catastrophic issues. The Superb is a bit crashy now (I suspect suspension is past its best) has some squeaks and rattles and the unless in sport the drivetrain is dimwitted and tuned for constant eco. It is an occasional family car for longer trips (wife has a Leon for day to day with the toddler) and as such enough boot space for a family trip away. Its got to be engaging to drive, I'm no holligan but lining up a couple of fast corners on a B road is always satisfying and has to be up to the task of day to day driving. Is the Jag likely to end up more in the garage or at the side of the road? I've read the Supercharger coupling tensioners get noisy and so can some of the coolant pipes split, but electrical issues are the real plague. Thanks for any input and advice!Doug

I loved mine, super smooth but really could really shift when it wanted to. It's a big old girl though, handling is very good, but you do feel the weight a bit.

The interior was a lovely place to be and I had zero issues with mine.
