ok deal been done its a gamble but

as an update to the knock knock on the x type neighbour sorted a deal and now asks can the sump be dropped with engine in situ to access the shells sure you know the answers and poss a few views, cant say what deal was but four new tyres and a tad more was about the cost.. im keen to see how this goes, if it goes wrong then its money back on breaking I think..

well sorry to be the bringer of doom but. if its the same as on the mondeo no. its cross bolted from the inside is the bell housing which would require the removal the gearbox and in turn the subframe and stearing rack.

so its quicker and simpler to just pull the whole lot out the top.
