X Type audio system question

Be gentle with me, I have come from the TVR side and just put bought an X type. Question that the salesman couldn`t answer,
2007 model with single cd slot under sat nav screen and multiplay unit in boot. Can either or both play mp3/wma format or only CD audio please?
I would check but dont pick it up until next week.
