xj6 back doors

help my xj6 just sailed through mot (again)wot a car but since then, nsr back door wont unlock,its trying,you can hear it, but the little peg thingy wont lift up, you can open it with the handle on inside, but it wont lock with remote, then the other door playin up as well, it unlocks ok but outdide handle only just opens it feels like something gonna give, just want to no if this a normal thing with the x300,s or a simple fix ,

I had minor problems with the rear doors on my car, mainly that they didn’t get used enough and the locks just needed lubricating.
