amber sensor fault code p0037

has anyone come across this, there is a break in the wire for bank 1 sensor 2 which causes the engine warning light to stay on, ive been told it is not the sensors, it is a break in the wiring somewhere, does anyone have any ideas where the break could be, already stripped out wiring from the back of the bulk head and wiring is ok, can anyone help or have had this problem and is now resolved,thanks
