I know the drain (0.14amp) and it's a 100amp/h battery.

How do I calculate how long it will take to discharge?

100 / 0.14 = 714ish hrs.

That seems logical enough to me (I'm no sparks by any stretch of the imagination) but something's puzzling me then.
Before the car was fixed electrickery wise, it was draining 4.9amps and yet the battery went flat as a pancake in about 10hrs or so.

Odd.

That works out at 50Ah battery probably not 100% to start with.

Ah, that's a good point, it was a brand new 100ah battery that day and I just popped it straight on after I bought it.

Good thinking that man, cheers. smile
